well, for the respiration, there is a muscle called the diaphragm underneath your lungs which expands and contracts them to inhale oxygen and expel carbon dioxide.

As for the movement of nutrient minerals, most of small intestine is lined with muscles to move the food you eat through it while the enzymes in your body absorb the nutrients. Then the food passes into your large intestine, which is virtually etirely made out of muscle to abosrb water and move the now nutrientless food matter to your rectum.
