Boyle's Law - For a fixed mass of gas at constant temperature, the pressure is inversely proportional to the applied pressure.

A - When released the pressure cause air to escape, this force pushes the baloon forward and the volume decreases as the pressure decreases

B - By sucking up air you create a vacuum in the straw, the liquid is pulled into that space to fill it.
