the plane runs out of fuel before i can complete it. i cant find a cheat

i found that very difficult. Your best bet is to start off and take off as soon as possible. Turn to face north and go through the hoop above the dirt track downtown. This then takes you into a narrow 'alley' between tall buildings. Fly over little haiti and go through the hoop there. You then go over the airport. Take the hoop there which ends in Vice port. Take that hoop and you'll end up above the dual carriageway. It's difficult to get to the next hoop without passing it, you may need to turn around to do so. You should then end up downtown with a bit of fuel left, and you're done. The hardest part of the mission is to not hit anything
