what ever you do, is dont pay for the loan. I contacted a company Tenants Loans i think they were called, well, I wish I never, they bombarded me with credit card applications, loan agreements and wanted me to pay their fee of £74.00, next letter it was down to £68.00, next it was down to £55, then £45, last letter I had went down to £27.50. They txt and call you all the time saying they have great discounts, dont fall for it.
