A question so badly written that it hardly qualifies as a question.
Normally is insulting to a person or group, is misspelt, and ungrammatical so that it hardly makes any sense. Nevertheless the questioner manages to crudely convey a sense of superiority.

The one that pisses me off is "What are you doing today/tomorrow/etc" I wouldn't mind, but it takes me ages to make up a series of really stupid things to use in my reply that even i get fed up with it !!!
