It is easy. They had large revenues of oil money behind them and they also had the voting machines fixed in Ohio. Now it is time for all of us to pay back the oil companies. I love George Bush. We need some more terror alerts before the fall election because they really work. John Kerry wasn't aggressive enough and Al Gore was too smart. Over all people really like a President with a low IQ, lets say around 100, even the simplest people can love a man that is on the same playing field as them or at least appears to be. I think he is just pretending while his Hench men behind the scenes do all of the planning.

Tom, like any other President, Bush has made some mistakes. Why, he's human, and if you really know anything about politics, monarchy's,any ruler in general they have advisers. Sometimes they are lucky enough to actually find some people that have good sense and sometimes they end up with a bunch of idiot's that really couldn't think their way out of a wet sack.
I won't get into a sparring match with you about the differences, advantages or disadvantages of supporting one party over another. Besides, any group that put Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton in office, well let's just say "those who live in glass houses...."

We're smart because we were able to put Bush in office - it proves how smart we are.

Let's face it, if you guys hadn't nominated such dogs as candidates, Bush would never have been president.

But dullard enviro-nazi "no controlling legal authority" "Ice tea tinkle" "internet inventor" Al Gore?

And flip-flopping lying commie-loving traitor dishonorably discharged self-confessed war criminal "I don't own any SUVs, my family owns SUVs" North Vietnam Hall of Famer John Kerry?

You couldn't have picked two less competent twits if you set out with that goal.

And that's why Bush won.

I really did not like the idea of Al Gore or John Kerry running the country. I felt like 'Dubya' was a better choice in both cases.
Why can't the Democrats pick a man like Zell Miller or Joe Lieberman for their candidate? That might have made my decision a little harder.

When I see what Grey Davis did to California and what a mess the Dems have made of New Jersey, they scare me.

Republicans did`nt put him in office, Enron did, along with other huge multi-national energy companies who contributed millions of dollars to his campaign fund. The Democrats are no different. Money, power and influence. Human existence means nothing to these people unless your making them rich.
Your vote is worthless, with the American political system as it exists today. Totally corrupt from the top down.

Hmm...guess the guy who said 20/24 forgot Bill was in office for 2 terms...that makes eight..but bedsides that, they are very smart...they know how to manipulate...read "what's the matter with Kansas" and you will understand how people are manipulated into voting against their own self interests. As long as peeople rreally want to believe that abortion is an issue or that democrats aren't christian, they will vote their daughters and sons into slavery (deficit, military etc)

Saying that Republicans alone put George Jr in office only exemplifies ignorance. Do you walk to school or bring your lunch sometimes?

Because Bush when compared to Kerry was a better choice. Obviously this is true. Damn the guy won 2 elections.
