you dont have money.
You borrowed from ur mom 50$
and from ur dad 50$
so u hav now 100$, then u now buy that shirt
it has a 3 change u giv bak the 1$ to ur mom so u have ur balance 49$ u give back 1$ to ur dad so u also hav 49$ balance..
the question is:
49 + 49= 98
+1, the 1 that you have
is only equal to 99?
Where's the 1?

You've got the description a bit squiffy (also, unless you are on a mobile phone, it's better to write properly rather than in text speak, far better for descriptive sums...).

it has a 3 change u giv bak the 1$ to ur mom so u have ur balance 49$ u give back 1$ to ur dad so u also hav 49$ balance

This doesn't make sense. It is a deliberately misleading bit of the sum. No difficulty at all.
Shirt costs 97.
Each parent actually pays for 48.5 of it.
So each is actually owed 1.5 change.
The floating 1 is just the 0.50 + 0.50 still owed to them as change.

A better sum (and completely unrelated to that last one) is this one (thank you Tony Beard, the Wag from Widecombe):

My friend, Farmer Giles, the farmer next to my own farm, has made me executor of his will.

He died and his will says that his dairy cows should be divided between his three sons.

His herd consists of 17 cows.

His oldest son should have half the cows.

His second son should have one-third of the cows.

His youngest son should have one-ninth of the cows.

So I worked that out. I couldn’t do it.

Half of the cows would be 8.5 cows, and they won’t want a slaughtered and divided dairy cow!

One-third of the cows would be 5.6 cows, and I don’t even know how to do that.

One-ninth of the cows would be 1.8 cows, which isn’t very practical either.

So I thought, well, Farmer Giles was a good friend and a good neighbour to me for many years, the least I can do is give one of my own cows to his herd, and then it will divide up neatly.

So now there are 18 cows.

One half of 18 cows (for the oldest son) is 9 cows.

One-third of 18 cows (for the second son) is 6 cows.

One-ninth of 18 cows (for the youngest son) is 2 cows.

9 + 6 + 2 = 17 cows.

And so I did a good deed and even get to take my own cow home again!

You are doing it wrong, adding instead of substrating.

You owe $49 twice, and have $1 in your pocket and one shirt.

49 + 49 = 1 + 97 (price of shirt) = 98

i borrowed 50$ from mom and 50$ from dad and purchased the shirt of 97$ and got 3$back. shirt is of 97$ that means 48.5$ share of mom and 48.5$ share of dad.now i gave both of them 1 - 1 dollar back that means there share becomes 49.5$ of mom and 49.5$ of dad which equals 99$ and 1$ is in my pocket ,in all 100$
this is actual way to calculate.
the mom and dad actually gave 49.5$ each not the 49$ as u calculated

$49 + $49 = $98 (Money from your parents)
$98 (from your parents) - $97 (cost of the shirt) = $1 that you still have.

the one dollar you have left, is in your pocket. You owe each parent $49. If you want, you could give each parent .50 and then you would have no money and only owe each parent 48.50. Total you would owe 48.50 + 48.50 = $97.00
