If you have any graphics packages like Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, they'll be perfect.....but if you don't...dont worry....Windows Paint can also do the trick....

1. Open the graphic in Paint
2. Select the part you want to copy and 'copy' via edit menu or right click
3. Open up your photo (the one you want to paste the graphic onto)
4. 'Paste' graphic via edit menu or right-click

Simple!

Download the Gimp 2.0. Comparable to those commercial products like Photoshop and it's completely free!

To copy and paste picture from your computer,
EASILY:
-Open Paint
-click the File Button
-select open
-then look on the pictures you've been saved on your computer.
-then copy this and paste where you want,,! C=

Clip art or other similar packages work well, otherwise it's a siccors and pritt stick operation

you can use one of the many sotware, some are cheap and cheerful others like photoshop are highend in price and can do almost everything.

you can also use word for basic stuff
