do you have to have broadband to watch the videos on youtube? i have dial up and none of them seem to work..

it does really Need Fast Internet Connection
That is why it won't start with Dial Up

It has nothing to do with your connection speed. The videos will play regardless of what connection speed you have. You will have to wait quite some time for the videos to load however.

I am betting that you do not have the latest version of flash installed. Go here to get it:

Taken directly from the youtube's FAQ:

The videos won't play—what's wrong?
All of the videos on YouTube are streamed through a Flash player, so you need to have the latest version of Macromedia Flash installed on your computer. To download it, please visit Adobe.

Give that a shot. That's more than likely the problem. I have never had any problem with getting Youtube to work otherwise.

Even without broadband, you can watch You Tube videos, but if you have dial up it cannot work... maybe DSL... or any internet connection that is very fast... maybe about 99andabove kbps!

Well you need flash to watch youtube videos.

is ur media player well set up
video card?
just click on the video u want to watch

If your Internet connection is slow.. it will take time... but check all the player setting.. and browser plug-ins
