Two players have achieved this feat in First class cricket (for a 6 ball over without any no ball). They are:
1. Sir GS Sobers of West Indies off bowling of MA Nash in a matvh between Nottinghamshire and Glamorgan played at Swansea in 1968
2. Ravi Shastri of India off the bowling of Tilak Raj in a match between Bombay and Baroda in 1984-85. Tilak Raj has played Ranji Trophy for Delhi also.
Another interesting fact is that more than 6 sixes have been hit by two other players (Collectively in the same over) which contained several no balls. The details are:
No of runs in that over: 75
Total no of balls sent down by bowler: 22
No of sixes hit: 8
The Batsman: Two: LK Germon and RM Ford
The bowler: RH Vance
The match: Between Canterbury v Wellington at Christchurch in 1989-90
The over scored of: 0 4 4 4 6 6 4 6 1 4 1 0 6 6 6 6 6 0 0 4 0 1

Sir Garfield Soberse of West Indies was the first betsman who hit six sixes in an over. The bowler was Mr. Nelson Nesh. After him Ravi Shankar Shastri of India was only another betsman who hit six sixes in an over of Tilakraj who was playing in the team of Mumbai against Baroda in 1984.

On August 31, 1968, Gary Sobers became the first man to hit six sixes off a single six-ball over in first-class cricket. The over was bowled by Malcolm Nash in Nottinghamshire's first innings against Glamorgan in Swansea. Nash was a seam bowler but—somewhat rashly, as it turned out—decided to try his arm at spin bowling. This achievement was caught on film. The feat has been repeated only once, by Ravi Shastri in 1984, playing for Bombay against Baroda, in Bombay.
