I had that same problem. I burned the place down and claimed home owners insurance *lol* : )

Ok. Fart in a jar. Bury it in the back yard. Stand on top of it and do a jig to the right. Then do a jig to the left. Then yell as loud as you can, "Abra-ca-dabra smooshy mush puff!" And your house will be complete.

Hope house means family. In family problems exist. You must live with problems. If no problems then liofe will be tasteless. Realise and enjoy the life.
