This is a really tough one... there is no real clear-cut answer.
I guess my way to be able to tell is by catching them 'off guard' looking at you. It's also the sweetness in their facial expressions just by being around you. Be careful though, sometimes when people have had a little to much to drink, there emotions can be over amplified and you may get the false impression that they love you.
If the person has looked deep into your eyes, and on the verge of crying, and told you they really love you. In most cases, I wuld say that it is real

hi,i m gargi.when he says to u that u r very beautiful or your eyes are very expressive or something like that then u should understand that he loves u.but i think if u love him then dont wait 4 his signals just say it,if he doesn't loves u he will just say he dont but if he loves u too & he is also afraid of saying this then in your later years u both will feel this somewhere in your heart that why haven't we tried may be he or she loved me too,may be something would have happened between us.think about it.bye 4 now.

Well, it is you who should know if sumone really loves you or not !! :-) Frankly ! ...How , tats no question !
You will come to know about it at many instances of your life, He/she will care for you above all, Love you above all, and try to correct you for you better. You heart will say that to you when you are with that person, that he/she loves you above all. Listen to it.

see if them would do something totally gross for you. Then see if they do it. If they do they would do anything for you. That's love.

hard to tell... I guess it's in his kiss,embrace, look, how he behaves with you... when it happends you will feel it and recognize it.
