That will depend on how you handle your web site hosting and which software you design with. For example, if you are using Yahoo web hosting you must use their own forms; the forms functions through Frontpage will not work.

Save the file as "Read Only" or "Write Protected" so your clients will have to give the file another name when they save their data for you to view. You'll still have your blank, i.e. unfilled-out, file...it will still work as a template.
