IF you are early on in your pregnancy, sometimes blood tests don't work, ask your dr to give you both a urine test and hten if it says no, ask for a blood test if you want to be double sure.

no you cant/ besides a HPT is cheaper
OPK test just tell you when you are ovulating, It doesnt detect HCG the pregnancy hormone
