The smallest animals on Earth are various species of microscopic roundworms. Adults in many species are less than 1/10th of a millimeter in length, smaller than many single-celled organisms.

In relationship to adult size the animal that gives birth to the smallest baby is the Kangaroo it is less then 1 inch long at birth

wow, take your pick, alot of the animal kingdom comes in to this world pretty small, bats, mice, hampsters, and probably baby Humingbirds have to be some of the smallest, actually I think it is the humingbird if I am not mistaken
