"Rich" is a subjective word... what's rich to you may not mean the same thing to me.

However, the address that you're asking about does not seem like a very rich area given the home prices in the neighborhood. Woodland Park is a small community in the mountains, in between Denver and Colorado Springs. It seems like a beautiful location and people generally have a little bit of land, moreso than in the cities and suburbs. I wouldn't call it rich, but I don't think it's poor either!
