I'm Canadian, but haven't used this product, but it does appear to be available in Canada, since it appears in L'Oreal's Canadian websites. There seems to be so many similar-type L'Oreal prodcuts that you should be able to find it in the large drugstores there like Shoppers. Sometimes the supermarkets will also stock these products.

I live in Nova Scotia Canada and use the Garnier Pure line of facial products. I have never seen the foam wash here however. I've only seen the Gel cleansers that do foam up when you add the water to it.
