You know I decided to just Google this subject because I love this country (and I was born in Sicily BTW) because I had a surge of pride tonight, knowing that I'm a US Citizen and being part of this great country. All I see is people here concentrating on negativity about our great nation. Nothing positive. That is a true shame. I have something positive to say here, so that it will give some hope to those searching for a positive response on the internet to this topic: I love the USA, I love what it stands for- freedom, hope, lawfulness, God, family and sense of pride and justice. I hope this post is a beacon for those who are searching on the internet about our country to find positive things about it. There ARE bad apples everywhere, in every country you know. That doesn't mean that one should reflect on his/her country in a negative way all the time. I am still proud, and always will be, to be an American from the USA.
