To change the password in your YahooMessenger, please follow the following steps:
1) Log in to your Yahoo Messenger.
2) Click on Messenger at the top.
3) Once you do that various options will be displayed.
4) Click on the My Account information.
5) It will ask you whether you want to automatically log in.
6) Click YES.
7) New Window will be opened.
8) Log in using your password.
9) Once the Account Page is opened, you will find an
Option change password.
10) Click on that.
11) New window will be opened. You have to again login
using your user name and password.
12) A new page will be displayed where you have to enter
your current password and then New Password twice.
13) After doing that click on Save.
14) Your new password will be saved and you can login
only after using new password after that.

U will find ur ID on every page u visit on yahoo. Below that u will find the link of My Account. Click that. U will be asked to enter ur password. Enter it. On the next page u will find the option of change ur password. It will solve ur problem.
Or click http://account.yahoo.com U will be asked to enter ur password. Enter that and on the next page u willl be taken to ur account where u will find the option of changing ur password. Dont forget to click finished once u hv done the job.
