picking their noses, doing their make up, dancing and doing funny actions to songs on the radio... ladies filing their nails, taking pictures of themselves with their handphone cameras, picking their teeth.
the funniest one i've seen so far was this guy at a traffic light. he was concentrating so hard on trimming the straying hairs from his nostrils that he didn't see the traffic light turn green till the car behind honked at him.
oh... and there was this other guy who was checking out his own muscles at the traffic light too till he saw me and my girlfriends giggling at him and he quickly turned away..

I hope you're over 18!!!! I saw this question and I just HAD to answer!!!
The tame things I've seen people doing are the usual: Nose digging, talking on the phone, eating/smoking while driving and my ex had a horrible habit of pouring himself a Whiskey and Coke before driving, and he'd drink it while driving along out of a little plastic cup - THATS what I call drinking and driving - lol!
Now here are some others, look away now if you're too young...
I once saw a guy at a traffic lights w*nking himself - it was disgusting, I was on my motorbike, so I could see straight down into his car - yuck! I looked away and I don't think he noticed me - thank God! Also, driving on the motorway I have a habit of looking in through the window of cars I overtake - well once I looked and there was the driver being given a bl*wj*b by his girlfriend. I'm sure thats not safe on the motorway!!!

If I could go one week without seeing some guy (yes, it always seems to be a guy) picking his nose, I would be eternally grateful. And then there's the stupid people who think its cute to make out while driving. Then you got women applying makeup while driving. At least they'll look good for the coroner.

the ones you said...
eating, driving with their knee so they can stretch, getting..um...a favor from a companion in the car with them! *hint hint*, singing, talking on their cell phones (i wish it was legal to run those jerks off the road), saw a guy shaving with a cordless razor..was actually intrigued!, smoking pot *not kidding!*, having a very heated argument with a passenger..*usually a mom and her kids, what parent hasn't been there!*
lots of things! i live 10miles outside of town. i have to drive in town on a major highway...i see lots of crazy things on my way to the store or doctor! people are freaking CRAZY!

on a bend, tailgating doing 80mpg, driving with knee , one hand eating a taco bell, the other hand on the phone.
No lie, I was the passenger in the car - very scary!
