you can on sky sports 3 raw on thursday night and friday afternoon and sd on friday nights and saturday morning
you only have to pay for wwe paperviews however some of them are free like the great american bash
go on wwe.com and read the story lines
they have 2 sample videos of raw i think

cheapo.. if you cant afford it jus gather friends to chip in to the PPVs. Get 4-8 people together youre not really investing too much cash into it.

Well if you are that cheap to have cable than mooch on a friend that has cable on wrestling night. But a heed of warning. You will have little friends afterward if that is all you think about.
