My wife is older than that and her's is every day and sometimes twice on Saturday or Sunday.
The minimum is six times in a week

Sexual Urge varies from person to person. It also depends on various factors. Some people, carefree type always think about it and like to have even daily once. Some who are workaholics and religious type never think of this.
Secondly it depends very much on the partner. Unless he cooperates you will not achieve even if you want.
In the normal circumstances for your age (34) and your husband (must be around 40) age medium work pressure and financial states the sex urge should be above 3/4 times, as it is your prime age. And at this age people get tired after it, hence to plan on week ends and day before holidays it is good.
If the urge is fulfilled only between husband and wife the question of getting any disease does not arise, irrespective of any number of time you take it.

Sexual Urge depends on each Individual ,,and a lot depends on the partner too,, A working lady will be busy all the day,, but then if she leaves the entire work load in office and then if she Feels happy in the house,, and supported by the Spouse,, then sex can always take 1st seat,, i mean on average it can be done atleast 5-6 days a week,, and in holidays couple of times a day will also be done,,,

well i turned 35 in July and i don,t know about this great urge see i,have been with the same guy for 17 years maybe that why and we had sex at lest four time a week for many years and if i let him we would have it ever day he rushes my monthly and he is 47 and still going strong can,t keep up with him hope the super urge gets here soon.

I am 42 and really get the urge about 3 times a week, it it isn't a really busy week and I am not to tired.

I have a two year old and a three month old I own my own business and work full time as a nurse (LPN). I'm exhausted. I have sex w/ my husband every night.
