It is currently in beta test (build 5536). It is expected out in November 2006 for businesses and early 07 for consumers (i.e. us)
The min system requirements are as follows
Processor 800 MHz
Memory 512 MB RAM
GPU DirectX 9 capable
GPU Memory 32 MB RAM
HDD capacity 20GB
HDD free space 15GB
HDD type Normal
Other drives CD-ROM/ DVD-ROM
