That's a link at CNET.download.com that compares four security suites...there are more on the market, but those are among the most popular...unlike anti-virus, you can run more than one antispy program at a time...if you want free additional protection, Ad-Aware will scan only (the paid version has realtime protection)...Spybot S&D, if you install the advanced mode, has a resident feature...if you want paid antispy products, I recommend Spyware Doctor and Webroot SpySweeper...and if you don't have one, a firewall is highly recommended...I don't remember offhand how it rates overall, but I've always been quite pleased with Zone Alarm (the free version is excellent...the Pro adds antispy and other features, and they have their own security suite)...I personally use a mix of products (having just gone with the ones I prefer), but the integrated suites are usually a good way to go if you want to keep it simple

hi, spyware is a disgusting and infamous virus. perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

AVG Free Adition is the best it includes daily update also and very easy to use and not heavy so that not slow down ur computer i am using it in my home computer from last 3 years

i only trust symantec anti virus for my laptop.eversince ive downloaded this,i never had a problem with computer virus anymore.it will tell u of a recent attack and it will immediately delete it.

i recommend u kaspersky internet security 2006 that can illegaly downloaded from http://www.9down.com it takes a few memory
