My wife is habitual cheater and at any given point of time she has had one /two person. She thinks nothing wrong in it and brings about unbearable tension in our home and also attempts flimsy mudslinging. I do not have proof of her cheating but I can prove her relations with others that they are not being platonic. I have a son who stands by me and wishes I go for divorce. Can I get one? Do I have to pay any compensation? Is the process too lengthy?

From what I can gather from reading your previous question… you live in India.

According to my research, there are only five major grounds for getting a divorce in India. They are Adultery; Desertion; Cruelty; Impotency; Chronic Disease.
You can view information about each of the above by clicking on the following link:

From what I read… Forget it!!!

Get a divorce but preferably take her to India first. That way it is much cheaper and you don't have to go through crappy divorce laws too.

Consult with a family lawyer who can tell you exactly what your divorce would entail and get rid of the ***** immediately without hesitation.
