Yes, this is a self defense technique against a man. You grab his private parts by the big handful, then squeeze as hard as you can and then twist in a twist and pulling motion. If you are close enough to the assailant to do this, he will double over in pain and you can have your chance to run away.

I havent heard about the 'genital' thing, but if the guy's wearing pants you may not be able to get 'hold'. If he's already got his pants off...youre probably too late at that point. There is a very tender spot just to the side of his hip and its easy to grab, squeeze and twist. It hurts and useful for any type of proximal assault. Test areas on yourself or on another person for practice.

Think about it....what could there possibly be that you would have to 'grab, twist and squeeze' in order to prevent yourself being raped?

grab, simly means hold the man dont allow him to hammer
squeeze, your self to minimise the movement of a man leave no room him to have hold of you hole body
twist, to change the up and down position not allow him to plan to control you on one specified posture. but impossible for women to do it when she is harrased and impossible for man when she is in position do grab him, sqeeze and twist her self. dont rember you your mouth and legs freely. but dont do any thing under pennis it will hold you as a culprit

thats i think "u must get hold of the bag that is below the penis has two meat balls in it then as it says squeeze them n turn them " that causes a lot of pain to the person done to n man cannot hold on to that pain he leaves the victim thats it ... please don't think i have ever had it :-)
