befor you buy take a look at this one you get to build your pc and say what goes in it when you pick the pc you have set up pick a monitor then
when you call to order say you want the have now pay in 12 month deal & don't for get to say your want the windows xp cd with your order the more better hardware in it the better the pc
pc number a1550 series
then click on Specs
then build the pc make down what you want in it pick a monitor & windows xp cd make sure you ask for that then your have the pc within 2days of your order dont forget to get the order number from them and u can go back to the website and keep track of your order

Just last month bought a complete package, on sale, at Best Buy of an
(acceptable sister of Athlon) AMD Semptron 3400+ 40GB, 386 MB ram 2.4 Ghz, that came with DVD burner and photo printer. It was under $500! Sweet deal for a good computer.
For better gaming I just increased the swap/paging file to 5000 MB.
She seems to do ok with larger games now, but
I may add 1 Gig of RAM for smoother performance.

well i just bought an emachines a couple of months ago. its a really good computer with pretty powerfull featuers. it cost about $500 for the package. but if you don't want emachines then go for dell. its not to expensive. i only had to install a new graphics card in mine, (256 mb) it works great!

Then 64-bit Athlon or Intel is it. Two years very long for gaming terms.

Buy a good video card to go with it. PCI-Express.
