My parents won't let me get them because last time i had guinea pigs and they took control (they wouldn't let me clean their cage! ) and now they say that we didn't look after them. -.-' please help!

i'm too young to move out, i do look after them. i'm asking for ideas, not listen to your parents comments.

While you are living in their house their rules win out. Is it possible that your obsession with Ben & Williard has them nervous?

Move out of your parent's house, pay your own way in life, and you can have any pets you want to have.
Until then, appreciate what your parents provide for you and stop complaining about what you don't get.

because its a established fact that mice(rats) multiply faster than
any other animal they can be a about a million in just 6 months
with a single pair as parents so they r avoided in homes n they also spread epidemics thats all i know

don't expect them to let you if you don't clean the cage. and feed them and give them water and attention. It's up to your parents. If you don't take care of them then you should stop wanting to have them. It takes responsibility that your parents don't want.

why not get a hamster?? they're a lot cuter and easy to take care of. You can only keep one hamster as they are not allowed to mingle with other hammys.

Try getting just one. it may be that having two makes them bond more with each other than with you.
