Respected Australian cricket Umpire Daryl Hair was seemed to be dogged by controversy of Muralitharan incident. Many claimed that he was particularly hard on certain teams. Things came to a head in August 2006 when he was at the centre of a ball-tampering storm at the Oval when Pakistan forfeited a match for the first time in Test cricket's 129-year history.

Darrel Hair - though if he's a racist or not i dont know. but he's been involved in a lot of controversies surrounding these type of teams.
but even woolmer's (pakistani coach) was accused by another umpire of ball- tampering while he was the south african coach!!!
so u actually cant decide who's in the wrong!!
