Hmm, i would consider 3 possibilities
1. I was dead
2. They were all dead
3. Invisibility

the third is the most interesting.. you cant see them.. they can see you..

So, i would spend a day, seeing if i could walk on and off millitary bases, trying to avoid crossing roads....
Probably borrow me a tank, for a little joy riding, and easy shop opening..
I would then most likely take a swim
Maybe then head down to heathrow, and start a fire, as a beacon, to see if anyone came, a running..

I bean.. all that jet fuel, and probably the fire wouldnt spread, i figure it would be a good place to start

Maybe go to canary warf, and flash the pyramid on and off....

I think i would be reasonably happy if i was all on my own. But it might be nice to find a girl or 2.......

I would probably then go and live by the sea, and if they still existed, cath some fish.. bbq,, and wait to doe in peace..

Now if i didnt die, eg ghost or something, i might start to worry that people might have noticed, cars driving around with noone in.. so i would go back to london, and do some freaky stunts, to confirm the existance of ghosts for every one.....

Um and if i found afew girlies, we would probably, just bounce from shop to shop, trying on clothes, and occasionally, doing the deed......

Oh, i would try and find some drugs too :)

As for what type of car, one with a full tank of petrol. I would maybe go for a stretched limo, just incase, i met any babes...

I'd do a little 'shopping'. As for the power supply thing, a generator, some petrol and some ingenuity goes a long way. I'd also head for the allotments and do some raiding, tending, and planting. Dried goods and a water supply would be a must. Firewood would be plentiful, so that would do for heat and for cooking. As for the car thing, I have my eye on a nifty little Porsche round the corner but eventually it would be back to the horse and buggy once I'd 'test driven' a few. As for other people, probably most of them would have gone mad due to lack of survival knowledge and be so rabid that I would avoid them. Eventually, I would move to a remote area with a good climate and start over again there.
Our ancestors survived without modern conveniences, so can we. It just takes a will to do so.

At first I would totally freak out and keep thinking about 28 days later lol.
I would save bottled water ,tinned food, medical supplies and batteries for my radio(just in case)
I would listen to the above radio constantly in case there was someone else out there I would also go to the shops and get a supplies and a torch.
I cant drive but if i had to I would get any car that looked safe lol!
Then I would just keep driving round looking for people.

I read a book once years ago about a girl who survived a nuclear holocaust, miraculously her valley wasn't contaminated (it was a children's book, I guess they didn't have to make it too accurate, lol) She thought she was alone at first.

I remember thinking my main concern would be if I got sick and there was no one to help me.

I have an old CB radio, so I'd probably listen out and see if there were others...

I'd try to be very practical, store up supplies that keep for a long while. Plan on growing fresh stuff. Work out ways of heating when there is no power left.

Damn, I'd miss the Internet, lol.

I would "borrow" a hot sports car and ride around until I couldn't get gas anymore. I would stock up on non perishable food, candles, charcoal, wood and matches and batteries. Then, I would go to the University library and read every book there. If others were still alive, they would most likely find my decomposing body in the English Literature section.

first you would wonder where the family u lived have gone then ring some numbers tv would off so would radio .once hitting the street you would be looking for someone and then call at police station i think it wouldn't be get to shop on my mind at this point it would be is there anyone else out there.
i'd return to my house baffled i dont think you would be doing anything until realization that you are totally alone in world.
everywhere would stink rotten veg in shops and better get in quick and grab as much as you can these shops will hum and be all flies and maggots in a few weeks.

Things to survive i'd be listening to cds and watching dvd's reading loads of books in the library ,how to grow plants, how to make electric ,living alone how to cope,

Oh, I'd probably go somewhere quiet, out of the way, and raid nearby cities regularly for food, supplies, raw materials I'm going to need. I'd stockpile medicines, wood, fuel. No worries about global warming: short of natural fires, I'd be the only carbon emitter on the planet.

I'd like to live long enough to see the sky clean itself up, with no humanity to balls it up with car fumes and factory emissions. How long would it take? Five, ten years?

Oh, and libraries. I'd definitely raid libraries for books, since I'd be needing as much information as possible, and the internet probably would not last even as long as 48 hours before crashing.

I'd have to obtain weapons, because with all of the humans gone, there'd be nothing stopping predatory animals from starting to make their inroads into the newly opened up natural world. No way would I let the critters out of that nearby zoo. I mean, imagine waking up to find tigers waiting for you outside ...

Finally, I'd most likely try my best to foray forth, in the vain hope that I'd be able to find a mate for myself. Some woman to keep me company.

And pray she's not some horrible psycho like Maxine Carr or Rose West ...

I'll stock up on food and petrol, diesel,go and help myself to a nice big truck, then when power supplies stop I'll live off the land,I'll tour Europe first to see if anyone else is there, and if no one else survived I'll make myself king.after that I'll probably go crazy for being alone too long.

Thank higher power for another day, have a cup of coffee, smoke a cigarette & sit in the back yard in my night gown. Be glad that I was home in Texas where I have water and firewood not dependent on others for. Then get to work in the garden, I'll be needing it.

i'd try to find survivors first and find out what happened. If that doesn't help, I'll hop in my car, go to a Walmart and stack up on dry food, water, supplies and any communication gadget I could find and head out to find people outside my vicinity. If I really am the last person on earth, then I'll go to a dealership, find the latest sportscar and just hit the highway....at top speed!
