Are far ir rays safe? Any government or medical articles to show that they have medicinal and health benefits?

When I search on the internet, there are many companies touting the benefits of far infrared rays used in healthcare products. I am sceptical about the claims made by the companies.

You mean IR rays as in the things you use for heating?
Well, put simply IR radiation is heat radiation. There's nothing inherently dangerous with it, as with UV radiation which always poses a risk of damaging the skin. But of course, if you stay too close to one, for too long, you're going to get burnt, just as if you would stay too close to camp fire or anything other fire.
But I can't see why there would be any benefits either.
If you mean IR rays as in rays from remote controls and other devices with IR connectivity, there's absolutely nothing to worry about.

I just became a bio energetic practitioner for a company that uses a scan to pick up electro magnetic frequencies in your body and under the environmental screen, far infared is shown to be detrimental to some people. "Far infrared is infrared light at the lower frequency range in the infrared spectrum. It is present naturally in sun light and is used for therapeutic and sauna applications. It may not be useful to the body so far as the integrity of the body field is concerned."

Intra-red radiations are heat carrying radiations invisible to the eyes.
They are safe as long as you don't "overheat", but the only effect would be superficial burns (like a sun-burn).
(Ultra-violet radiations are more dangerous, as they destroy skin cells more rapidely.)
