When my girlfriend is sexually very excited, her breasts become hard to the touch and they tighten, and change shape completely. I think this only happens to some girls, what do you think?

Yes but there must be sexual instinct in girl to instigate this. In men, its a different ball story al-together.

If that really happens to your girlfriend, then I'd say YES, this only happens to SOME girls, cause I've never been with a girl where they "change shape completely" - I am curious to know what they change into

It happens with most of the girls.The breasts do tighten and nipples become erect.
