Loads of internal gas, and too many trips to the toilet. I am 35 I understand it affects older people sometimes, but the reaction is brutal the following day.

Maybe you have Irritable Bowel Syndrom. Look it up on Web MD and then go talk to a gastrointerologist or just take lots of antacids.

I'm a woman and I know we work differently, but yes, spicy food can really mess certain people up. If it's really bad, go see a doc or gastroenterologist (sp?). I never really had stomach problems until I fell down in pain one morning, the worst pain I ever felt in my stomach area, had to call 911, they came, and rushed me into surgery. Turns out I had a very bad ulcer in my intestines, and it had never been diagnosed before, but suddenly bled.
Now I can't eat anything - spicy or otherwise - without having several trips to the bathroom after I eat anything.

i would advice you to eat less spicy food. But I think you should consult a doctor cause it isnt normal behaviour by the human body

You should try to avoid them, you may have IBS. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, l suffer from it, there is no cure and you just have to avoid the foods that don't agree with, l know it's not fair, but it's better than all the pain and suffering that goes with it.
