It shouldn't be much of an issue, but you may want to try experimenting how to best put on a condom because usually most guys would pull their foreskins all the way back, put on the condom, and then have a go at it, as that provides more sensation than having the foreskin unretracted all the way.
Also, you'll probably want to eventually be able to get your foreskin all the way back. If the opening isn't quite large enough, then just stretch the opening as far as it'll go wtihout pain for a few minutes everyday. It should be good to go in a few weeks.

No - it won't be an issue when you have sex, but you will want to be sure to clean thoroughly afterwords - but do yourself a big favor and just wait a couple more years be fore you find out for yourself - sex just complicates things.
