The coming fair is COMEX 2006 to be help in Singapore Expo Halls 4,5 & 6 from 31 Aug till 3 Sep.
The annual IT Fair is usually in Mar/Apr.

12pm - 9pm.
To get there, you can take a MRT train to Expo Station.
Take the East-West Line to Tanah Merah Station then cross the platform to change a train to Expo Station.
If you come from Changi Airport, it is only the next station.
