it depends on who is driving the hummer. a driving who knows its capabilities would easily run the s-10 off, but others would be scared when another vehicle came close and run themselves off the road.

and by adding weight to the s-10 and using the pit maneuver I'd say its possible

It depends on what kind of HUMMER. I'd say it could knock an H3 off the road by going at a high speed. It would really have to hit an H2 really hard and in the side. I don't know about an H1 though, they weigh around 10,000 pounds.

Energy=1/2 mVsquared. Velocity is the main determinate. An S-10 travelling at 30mph, a Hummer won't budge. Travelling at 60 mph, the Hummer will get moved a few feet. Travelling at 100mph, the Hummer gets a salvage title. Its all relative physics.

Yes... Momentum is key here, and one could make up for the lack of mass by increasing the speed. If an S-10 weighing 1200 lbs hit a hummer weighing 2200 lbs at 200 miles per hour, it would definitely knock it off the road.

H-1 weighs over 10,000 pounds not very likely a 4,500 pound S-10 has enough grunt. H-2 7,500 lbs more likely being pushed about. Causing serious damage to the S-10. H-3. 6,000 lbs. good chance that underpowered thing can be forced off the road. Set up the movie cameras ACTION!

most hummer drivers are show queens anyways so they probably do not know how to drive very good its a shame such an off-road capable truck rarely sees any dirt
