If I was going to do it - I'd go the "whole hog" and get everything done that I want. Theres no point being half-hearted!
-First and most importantly I'd get my boobs lifted to back up where they used to be before I had my son!!
-Second, some liposuction to the tummy and thigh area - since it has been 4 years now and I still haven't shifted all the "baby weight"...
-Finally, a nose job. My ex told me that my nose was my worst feature, so I'd get it done a bit "perkier" - slightly turned up at the end. It think thats cute.
Still, I'm not sure I'll ever have the money to do any of that!!!

Okay, not really all that but I have nothing against it unless a person overdoes it like one of those celebrities - Meg Ryan for example

a little bit of lipo on my tummy im not a fat *** but dont got the stomach i want and breast lift and lipo from my cheeks i have big cheeks i hate it
