Crack open a bottle of Johnnie Walker(Blue or Gold Label if I can find it, Black label otherwise), smoke a Cigar, hunt down some dudes I don't like and kick 'em in the cajones, if I have a significant other, well...y'know what I'd do there.
Seriously though, nukes alone wouldn't cause the end of the world - especially if there was time to release to the media that we all had two hours to live. Maybe all of us normal people would die, but anybody who could make it to Cheyenne Mountain in time would proabably be just fine - they built the damn thing to be nuke-proof, after all. There are all sorts of plans and contingencies for nuclear war, and a surprising number of them involve a lot of people surviving. Besides, there aren't that many people who have the necessary delivery systems to start a nuclear war with us, not to mention an even smaller number of poeple with nukes. And don't forget, we have one hell of a deterrant - enough nukes to turn a fair chunk of the earth's surface into a glass parking lot.
Lastly, remember that if they released effing BOMBS, even at 30,000 feet, it wouldn't take 'em very long to fall. And nobody, including us, has that many BOMBS left. We certainly have missles, and a number of ways to launch those missles, but we don't keep the bombs around anymore. Sorry, I just had to get that out. I occasionally need to argue semantics. Again, sorry.

I'd go hit up some drug dealers, go into the liquor store and pick up a couple bottles of jack, get a pack of camels.
I'd go stand somewhere with a good view of a major city. Smoke, drink and drug right up until the very end.
Now, if there was a chance to survive, i would do that. You know, travel out into the middle of the ocean, go underground, do what ever to survive, But assuming I would die irregardless of my actions, I would like to see the end of the world through the eyes of LSD.

Not everybody dies in a nuclear attack.
With 2 hours to go before impact - go seek an underground shelter and have all entrance sealed by lead doors (the type used in hospital X-Ray rooms).
If you are lucky (or unlucky depending on your point of view), you may survive to rebuild your city.

the last thing I will do is panic.
I will get home to my family, get them to the safest palce away from the blasts and dig in...
If we know we won't survive... my wife and I will make love for the last time and then cuddle with our children and hold them so tight they won't fear a thing.

It will never happen. What nuclear bomb? We dont have no weapons of mass destruction. We have tools for mass distraction.
