i would recommend don't try to loose so much in a week, otherwise it will have fall back impact in one way or the other. it is more advisable to loose wait gradually, meaning by a few ounces a week, and that should be through cut back in food intake, particularly fats and sugar and exercise. Instead of fats and sugar, increase fruit and vegetagle intake and a moderate, easy to maintain exercise

go bullimic. or you can try and lose all your water weight by cutting out fats and severely reducing carb intake for a week and lots and lots of exercise. like do weights and moderate intensity cardio activity alternately everyday and do high intensity every 2-3 days. eat lots of fruits and vegetables

two kilos in a weak is easy, just eat less and exercise. but: i warn you, it will come back:( try to set more realistic time scales.
