I get terribly sore for 3 out of 4 weeks per month. The Dr has said there's nothing he can do as it's all hormonal. I've tried every vitamin known to man. Has anyone tried 'the pill' for this type of condition? Or does anyone know of anything to help me. It's so bad, I can't even lift my arms to wash my hair sometimes.

Cutting back on caffeine can help.
I was on the pill for 12 years, and I still had incredibly sore breasts for about a week a month.

If your breast are very large, then you might consider a breast reduction: BUT - Have you took a ept test? Because that is a sure sign of being pregnant......You might want to bind them up tight when they hurt...Get a wide ace bandage and bind them tight as you can and be comfortable to you too...This works for me and a few of my friends too...GOOD-LUCK !!!!!!!!
