Owen and Luke Wilson are definitely brothers and there is a third brother - Andrew - who is the eldest of the three.
Peter and Vernon are definitely not related - however, they are both originally from Bolton in the north west so may share some distant ancestory. However being from the north west I am aware that "Kay" is a very popular surname indeed, so the connection may only be extreeeeemely distant.

luke and owen are brothers vernon and peter kay are not brothers.
the third brother of luke and owen is Andrew he has played minor roles in a few films.

Wilson Brothers are. Vernon and Peter are not, but I have my suspicions they are related but that could be me, them having same surname and both coming from Bolton.
