Use a whitening toothpaste but most effective is the dentist who can whiten them and advise you about it. Tea, nicotine etc, bad for staining teeth.

Soot and Salt. Truly it works. No not very palatable but very effective. You can however you can get treatments from your dentist that will cost between £500-800 pounds. Also there are many toothpaste that they're makers claim whiten the teeth, debatable but Worth a try.

Remember that as we get older our teeth have the tendency to look less white my dentist tells me that this normal.

Just one comment your teeth look white enough to me so what is the problem?

well, first keep excellent hygiene (brush - there are whitening toothpastes too, floss, mouthwash, dentist). then you have an option - in terms of bleaching: you can use over-the-counter products or you cand have it done professionally. in the first case - pay attention as if you have any false teeth they will not bleach and the color difference will sharpen and show. also there are some other problems you may experience (see inside leaflet and ask for the chemist's opinion). if you have your doc do it for you, it will be more expensive but longer term results can be expected. it doesn't hurt and it gives you the smile you want.
finally - cut back on cigarettes if you smoke and on coffee. there are also other foods that stain your teeth - so beware.
hope this helps. a smile

you can try using charcoal by scrubbing you teeth with charcoal then rise it off and brush as normal you can do this about twice or three times a day for as long as u want/ your teeth start whitening thou they wouldn't be really white. If no change is seen then just visit a dentist im sure you would be advised accordingly. wish you all the best

By brushing them with Colgate and flossing them. If that doesn't work, then an expensive trip to the dentist.
