I always perspire a lot all day long since I live in a hot and humid country. Any daily activites surely make me bath in my own perspiration.

While intense perspiration make my already oily skin look glowing bright, I do not have body odor problem. But sweat make my sheer and tight short-sleeves white blouse uniform which I wear everyday stick on my body, and make visible stain.

How can conceal visible sweat stain on my clothes? Wear something beneath blouse (i.e. camisole) is not allowed.

sweating means your healthy, but staining on your clothes is a really big problem.. bath like twice a day, take lots of water, put some baby powder over your body, and lessen some activities that triggers your sweating

There are garment pads alot like shoulder pads you can get to put in your blouses that will help with reducing the noticable sweat marks on clothing.
