Scan it or search for in @ http://images.google.com...
To get it onto your ipod, you need to right click on the song in iTunes and drag the picture onto the album cover field. Then sync your iPod.

From Itunes select Edit/Preferences
In the Music Tab under the iPod tab, check the "Display album artwork on your iPod".
Then you can start adding the artwork (Google Image searches are pretty good for album covers).
Add the artwork on the PC's copies and then transfer them to the iPod, I've had trouble adding artwork directly to the songs on the iPod.
Right-click on the required song in iTunes, press Get Info. Go to the Artwork tab, press add and browse for the image (or drag it onto the form).
For multiple songs, right-click on the selected songs, press Get Info and drag the image into the artwork section of the Multiple Song Information section.

If you download your music from the iTunes store, the album artwork will automatically download with it. If you are transfering music from a CD, I've found it easy to search amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com for the album and download the album cover.
Once you have iTunes open, go to your iPod and get the info for the song/songs you want to transfer the image to (cmmd+i on macs, cntrl+i on PC's- I think). A window will pop up where you can change the Title, Artist, Album, etc. There will also be a small square box for the album artwork. Drag the file or image into this box, and voila!
