The best feel good album is the Small Faces - Ogden's Nut Gone Flake, which undoubtedly contains the best feel good track - "Lazy Sunday"

"Sunshine after the Rain" by Elkie Brooks...seriously, I challenge anyone to listen to that song and not feel uplifted!
Also if you're having a bad day at work, try "Working 9 to 5" by Dolly Parton....it just works!!
