she is a bit in the past, she need a total makeover hair, make-up and fashion. she is a bit on the heavy side, but she is a cool mom:)
and I love her and her and my dad have been divorced now for over 2 years and she wants to start dating, by the way I oked this all with my mom first before posting this question, she is a very confident woman, but needs to be brought in the millinium:)

I have discussed with her what kind of look she is looking for she said a hip and trendy look, but she does not want to look like me as I am 19 she said she wants to look like she is 30 something. thanks in advance:)

Just about any fashion site would show clothes proper for her. Of course, she wouldn't want to wear the stomach baring miniskirts but that's where you come in. Also, you sound like a great daughter. Take her to lunch and shopping. Make a day of it and go to a lot of stores. There are great sales on right now. I bet you can make her look like a million dollars in no time. Also, find some hairstyle magazines and have her get her hair done and maybe even streaked. Good luck to the two of you.
