You can quickly search google and get the answer. Just type "kg in 1 lb" and you'll get:
1 pound = 0.45359237 kilograms
Similarly, search for "meters in 1 mile"
1 mile = 1609.344 meters
Or, search for "km in 1 mile"
1 mile = 1.609344 km
