Could you please explain the meaning of "untroubled ogling"?

Like in the sentence "Miu Miu was girly, and the short skirt will rate highly with some guys, but there was something too postmodern for untroubled ogling.

It means staring at someone with no conscience. Untroubled staring.
Ogle... to eye amorously or provocatively
to look at especially with greedy or interested attention
