Now that school is back what should a 6 year old childs bedtime rountine be? What is a decent time for bed?

I believe I slept at around 8:30 to 9:00 pm when I was that age (in grade one)

Mine are 10 and 7, and go to bed at 8:30. Children need a decent night's sleep in order to perform at their best for school.

I would say whatever lets them get 8 hours of sleep.
