perfect tense: uses words like has, have, had, will have.

Past tense are the actions happened in the past on a definite time.
example: It rained yesterday.

While present perfect tense are actions started from the past and completed in the present time. Action happened in an indefinite time. We usually add "have" + the past participle of the verb.
Example: I have gone to the market.

Past tense means the the thing which had happened for ex-she sang a song.There are four parts of past tense-simple past tense,past continous tense,past perfect tence,past perfect continous tense
present perfect tence means the action which has completed just now for ex-she has sung a song
